Divorce and the Engagement Ring

JDSupra had an interesting recent article on the subject of the engagement right and in particular, what happens to it if the marriage fails. From the article -

While it may seem less than ideal to be asking for the ring back before the wedding has even taken place, doing so is better than living with the regret of not having planned ahead."
